GSM Foundation charity visit to Orphanages

On 22 November 2025, GSM Foundation visited Amani Orphanage (Kigamboni) and Al-Muumin Orphanage (Yombo), bringing together children from both centres in a celebration that also marked the birthday of the GSM GROUP President, Mr. Ghalib Said Mohamed. The Foundation provided food supplies and school materials, shared a lunch with the 100+ orphans, and launched sustainable initiatives including the construction of a five-room hostel at Amani Orphanage, six-cubicle toilet blocks at both orphanages, and medical insurance coverage for 100 children at Al-Muumin and Jerusalem Orphanages through GALCO Insurance Brokers, significantly improving welfare, health, and living conditions.

GSM Foundation free Medical camp & Health insurance provision.

From 28–30 November 2025, GSM Foundation, in partnership with Amana Referral Hospital, conducted a free medical camp at Mnazi Mmoja Grounds, Dar es Salaam, providing screening for non-communicable diseases (NDC) such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer-related conditions. The initiative reached up to 1,100+ community members, with 100 beneficiaries receiving advanced medical assessments (Body Composition), and further strengthened long-term healthcare access by providing free medical insurance to 300 vulnerable community members, targeting 100 children, 100 elderly, and 100 women through GALCO Insurance Brokers.
